Refund policy

All sales are final, with the exception of the following:

• For shipped/delivered orders, check merchandise for shortages, damages or defects immediately, claims must be made within 2 days of receipt.

• Pre-authorized returns are considered within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, with a valid return authorization number and in original condition.

• No cash or refunds will be issued; vendor credit only. If merchandise is not in original condition, or an exception to the return policy is made,
a 15% fee will apply.

• Special orders are NOT RETURNABLE, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

• Nan Fusco reserves the right to correct pricing or calculation errors at any time.
